Saxonhurst Group Incorporated ships New FACET™ Version 2.7

Facilities Management Automation is Re-Invented.

7 New customer driven enhancements added.

Redmond, WA – September 2nd, 2004 – Saxonhurst Group Incorporated, a leading innovator in Facilities management software automation, today announced the release of FACET version 2.7. The software solution that automates space planning including asset tracking.

This announcement comes after months of development and testing and with the cooperation and assistance of many of its existing customers.

These enhancements include:

  1. Support for Visio® 2003
  2. Additional search and locate functionality to drawings
  3. Added color zones for markup and highlighting departments
  4. Additional ability to manage printers, including mapping
  5. Customizable fonts
  6. Updated and expanded stencil library, including emergency images, symbols and signs
  7. Enhance the look and feel of the customer interface

Additional features of FACET provide space planners with a complete list of asset by location and recommends shortest distances if assets require moving; all inputs to FACET utilize each organizations own nomenclature and asset reporting is provided via standard reports or extracted to Microsoftâ Excelâ for further analysis.
