Reports:

A move plan requires that participants of the move receive reports (instructions) indicating various aspects of the move plan. These include:

    Move packet: Information sheet to moving occupants illustrating new location with a perimeter layout inviting occupant to sketch out furniture layout

    Mail delivery: Communicating changes in mail stop participants

    Packing labels: Supplying labels to move participants, indicating occupant name, from and to locations and box X of Y

    Purchasing report: Indicating those items required to purchase after Facilities approval

    Notice to Receptionists:  Informing them of location changes

    Movers instruction sheets: Indicating who is moving from where to where with details

    PBX: Detailed punch down instructions

    HR: Providing information report to HR

Other reports include:

    Charge-back reporting, including all rent and Opex costs by month or fiscal year

    RSF in many forms

    Occupied, Assigned and Allocated space

    Space class

    Assets

    Phone numbers

As part of the Update and Support service and providing the data is within FACET, we will provide free of charge (subject to review) any additional reports required.
