FACET Support

From the time of delivery of FACET you will receive unlimited email support with phone augmentation if required for 90 days.

You will be encouraged to subscribe to the FACET Update & Support (U&S) program to enable you to receive ongoing support and product updates free as they are developed. In addition to updates, you will also receive any new reports as they are developed for you or other Clients.

Product updates will include bug fixes and small enhancements. The cost of FACET U&S is 20% of the license fee and paid annually.
